In this paper, the authors discuss security challenges in TCP/IP networks and, especially, software defined networks. In this paper, they introduce IP fast hopping, easily deployable and effective network-layer architecture against distributed denial of service attacks and discuss its major limitations. Their approach provides an easy way for clients to hide content and destination server of theirs communication sessions. They describe a method of dynamic server IP address change and all modules necessary to implement the approach.
