Users continuously request for enhancing and improving software applications in order to satisfy their evolving needs. This scenario leads to the excessive number of modification or change requests. Thus, maintainers require an effective model to handle the requests. Many existing models and tools provided to aid maintainers in managing and tracking the modification requests.
