Self-management means different things to different people. "Self-management entails both a positive mental attitude and positive actions that help the user get on with living their life the way they want to. It includes knowing when to recognize the illness, limitations and adjusting their way of life to accommodate them and living their life to the full. The more the people live their life and achieve goals, no matter how big or small, that are active self-management". The survey method was used to find out the impact of self-management practices on the individual work behavior that support creativity in the work environment.
