Cloud computing is the employment of computing resources (hardware and software) that are delivered as a service over a network (characteristically the internet). The name comes from the common use of a cloud-shaped symbol as an pensiveness for the multifaceted infrastructure it contains in system diagrams. The cloud is designated as a three-tier structure, specifically Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from low-layer to high-layer. In this paper, the authors aim to propose a marketplace mechanism for cloud computing services, which permits users to reserve capricious combination of services at wished timeslots, prices and quality of service.
