Material Fault Detection Using FPGA for Nitrile Butadience Rubber Float
In this paper, the system is designed by using spartam3E, because need for low power VLSI chips arise from such evolution forces of integrated circuits. The BCD converter was developed to detect the centre point from stable image in which visual plays a major rule. Initially it was implemented in MATLAB. Here have written in VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language) coding, implemented using in XILINX ISE 8.1 and tested in SPARTAN-3E FPGA kit by interfacing a test circuit with PC using RS232 cable. Area and the speed of the algorithm are also evaluated.
