Cognitive Radio Network (CRN) is a promising approach to improve end-to-end performance for wireless networking. Under CRN, the Quality of Service (QoS) suffers from many dimensions or metrics of communication quality for improving spectrum utilization. To address this issue, this paper develops a methodology based on the multi-objective optimization model with Genetic Algorithms (GAs) for end-to-end reconfiguration management. The influence of evolving a radio defined by a chromosome is identified. The Multi-objective End-to-End Cognitive Radio (ME2CR) algorithm from genetically manipulating the chromosomes is proposed.
