BI is often seen as a complicated, jargonfilled arena that requires lots of IT expertise and resources. There is also a tension between delivering fast results economically and doing the right thing for long-term growth and flexibility. This paper provides smaller organizations with a framework to evaluate and select the right BI solution and approach that meets their requirements today and tomorrow.
