Methodology for Evaluating Content Providers

The online shopping experience of today demands quality content and information. Many aspects of a user's site experience can be enhanced through improved content. Keep in mind that while a customer is on your site there is little opportunity to ask questions, so visitors must come to understand what you are trying to convey about products quickly through the effective use of content. Successful retail sites strive to eliminate customer uncertainty and confusion with thoughtful presentation of relevant information at the point of interaction. For example, good content can be used successfully in search results, product comparisons, detailed pages with specifications, associated recommendations and even product selectors.
