The Spray pyrolysis technique is one of the major techniques for thin film deposition. The novelty is the use of a simplified low cost microcontroller to automate the intermittent spray process as per parameter. With the help of advanced microcontroller based spray pyrolysis technique quality of coating improves significantly. In this paper, the authors aim to develop the programmable stepper motor control unit which is more reliable, economical for the material research laboratories and Small Scale Industries (SSI). Using this economic device they can prepare and study the nano thin film which is present need of material science research.
