A cloud is a virtual space available to deploy the applications, whereas cloud computing is a general term for anything that involves delivering hosted services over the Internet. It is delivering the resources and capabilities of information technology dynamically as a service. Cloud computing is a style of computing in which dynamically scalable and often virtualized resources are provided as a service over the Internet. Cloud migration refers to migrating the services or applications from existing system to the cloud. The authors' paper "Cloud migration tool" is aimed at designing a tool for migrating a machine from physical environment to cloud to provide cloud services to clients.
