In these days interaction between different networks applications are becoming more popular and to improve the speed and data transfer rate delay difference between the melty networks should minimize. In this paper, they propose a Latency EQualization (LEQ) service, which equalizes the perceived latency for all clients participating in an interactive network application. The few routers used in LEQ called as hubs to redirect packets of interactive applications along paths with similar end-to-end delay. To formulate this problem they use NP hard technique and to solve it they have used greedy method, through simulations they show that their prosed method significantly reduces.
