With the increasing demand for high speed multimedia communications, providing efficient support for obtaining multimedia content has becomes an important and challenging problem. On the other hand, Information Centric Networking (ICN) has recently been proposed for improving the content delivery efficiency for high speed data communications. For delay sensitive applications, Round Trip Time (RTT) which can be used to estimate the end-to-end delay performance is a crucial performance metric. However, there is very limited work on modeling RTT for large scale ICN.
