Financial Services Remain a Hot Target

Cyber-attacks on the financial sector are still popular. The 2017 Data Breach Investigations Report from Verizon® showed this industry leading the pack in terms of confirmed breaches, in the top three for ransom-ware campaigns, and in the top four for security incidents. Not surprisingly, financial services held similar honors in the 2016 version of this report.
