Negotiating Globally

Negotiation is the process wherein one individual or party tries to persuade another individual or party to alter his/her idea or thoughts. It is an approach by which parties having different viewpoints are made to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Cultural differences between parties are key challenges to successful negotiation process. The paper examines the dynamics of the negotiation process and discusses the different steps of the same.
