The hybrid technology that combines the OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) and FSO (Free-Space Optical) is helps to improve the overall performance of the communication system. FSO is the free space optical communication system where that transmit the data in the form of optical signals. The maximum BER (Bit Error Rate) of a FSO system will improve by using OFDM in it. The orthogonal frequency division technique used either BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying) or QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) techniques. The comparative analysis of the system performance by using these two modulation schemes in OFDM which included in the FSO were carried out in this paper.
