Cellular network is a concept of computer communication which means that users communicate with each other forming a temporary network. Cellular networks have tremendous growth in recent years due to the increase use of the Smartphone's. MIMO cellular networks have gained great attention in the area of signal processing and communications in recent years. Multi-cell cooperation helps to eliminate the inter-cell interference in these networks and to increase the spectral efficiency. On minimizing the number of active directional cooperation links and jointly considering the beam forming vectors among the cooperative BSs causes the Signal-to-Interference-and-Noise-Ratio (SINR) constraints at mobile station.
