For upgrading generation in telecommunication the authors need to focus on differences in technologies in generation like 3G and 4G. In this paper, they focus on differences between technologies in 3G and 4G. Applying an optimized solution for high data transfer rates and high QoS. Comparing technologies using 3G and 4G they can observe the major parameter in bandwidth. To improve bandwidth availability they will choose optical fiber as communication channels.
