Optimizing the Performance of Fuzzy Implemented Radial Basis Function Channel Equalizer With Subset Centre Selection
In this paper, the authors have investigated the performance optimization of the fuzzy implemented RBF equalizer with emphasis on subset centre selection. It is shown that the fuzzy implemented RBF equalizer provides optimal decision function with substantial reduction in computational complexity. This equalizer provides efficient schemes for subset centre selection in implementation. Simulation results suggest, a fuzzy implemented RBF equalizer can provide near optimal decision function. It provides minimum inference and very low computation complexity. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the proposed equalizer structures.
