An ad hoc wireless network consists of a set of mobile nodes (hosts) that are connected by wireless links. The network topology in such a network is such that it may keep changing randomly. In this paper, the simulation results of four routing protocols of ad hoc wireless networks - (AODV, DSDV, DSR and AOMDV) are presented using NS2 as simulation environment. Performances of these routing protocols are evaluated and compared based on three performance metrics - packet delivery ratio, throughput and end-to-end delay.
