MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) is an antenna technology for wireless communications in which multiple antennas are used at both the transmitter and the receiver. The antennas used at each end of the communications circuit are combined to optimize data speed within the limited radio frequency spectrum. The performance analysis of MIMO system over AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels using OSTBC4 as space time block coding with Zero Forcing (ZF) receiver is presented. The performance can be improved by using different antenna selection at transmitter and receiver sides.
