Personal Development on Web2.0 Cloud

Networked personal spaces being created by people very often impact the quality of their lives, their applicability, socialization and credit. The paper implements the term Personal Credit Porfolio and argue with the opinions of the authors, who distinguish two parts of the personal portfolio: portfolio as the process and portfolio as the product. Such fact cannot be taken into account that the man works in draft first, not obligatorily, only for himself (portfolio as a process) and then he chooses and shows what should be a presentation of him (portfolio as a product).
