Competence management systems are an important addition to knowledge management systems. Competencies can be processed, during the identification, assessment and acquisition processes, because there is a certain set of tools used to test competencies and estimate their levels. In this paper, the authors focused on the analysis of the concept of dynamic competence management system. The system takes into account competence changes caused by the efflux of time and competence diffusion process in project group.
