Now-a-days, the internet is used various functions such as radio, television, and telephone. For appropriate usage, the users need network solutions that aim to provide end-users with Quality of Service (QoS) support. The networking research community proposed distinct QoS aware architectures and specific traffic control mechanisms that provide distinct service levels to networked applications (Wang, 2001). Accordingly, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) must have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (Liu et al, 2005) with their clients and with other ISPs.
