In security research, there commonly faced one problem is how to decrease damage when an attacker compromises a system and some information of private secrets is leaked. In this paper, the authors construct a new Leakage-Resilient Predicate Encryption (LR-PE) scheme, which is a generalization of Leakage-Resilient Identity-Based Encryption (LR-IBE). In the selectively secure sense, by applying the randomness extractor to predicate encryption scheme, the proposed LR-PE scheme is proven to be leakage resilience and attribute-hiding under two static assumptions. Their security proof holds in the standard model.
