In this paper, a public key cryptography system based on Chaotic Neural Network (CNN) is used to encrypt and decrypt a digital image. The most traditional public key cryptography is based on number theory which has some drawbacks such as large computational power, complexity, and time consumption. To overcome these drawbacks, a new chaotic neural network is introduced used multidimensional chaotic maps as a chaotic sequence for determined the neural network weight and basis through five layers of networks and additional layer for public key using Chebyshev chaotic map as a chaotic sequence for basis neural network.
