When wireless communications becomes popular it is necessary to provide Quality-of-Service (QoS) requirements for wireless applications. Hybrid wireless network is a network design which includes two or more communications. It is a combination of mobile Ad hoc networks and wireless infrastructure. MANETs (Mobile Ad hoc NETworks) directly adopts resource reservation based QoS routing. Hybrid wireless networks come into invalid reservation and race condition. QOD converts the packet routing problem to a resource scheduling algorithm. QOD includes five algorithms QoS guaranteed neighbor selection algorithm to meet transmission delay requirement.
