In this paper, a quad-band U-slot microstrip patch antenna for wireless application is presented. The proposed antenna operates at GPS/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/WLAN frequency bands. The proposed antenna has the substrate Rogers RO4232 with dielectric constant of 3.2 and dimension 47 X 57 X 1.5 mm with the dielectric loss of 0.043. Coaxial feeding technique is used to feed the antenna with 50 ohm impedance. The radiation performance such as VSWR, return loss, radiation pattern and gain of the antenna are simulated using Ansoft HFSS and presented.
