In wireless cellular network, sub-channel and power allocation are the two major technical challenges due to growing wireless multimedia access. To improve the coverage of high data rates and to extend coverage to dead spots in the areas beyond the cell range, relay nodes are introduced. In this paper, an opportunistic resource scheduling problem is solved for the OFDMA based mobile relay enhanced cellular network. To minimize the number of transmissions and to minimize the power consumption, network coding technique is performed at each fixed relay and mobile relay.
