Retiree Health Benefits Get EEOC Suport

This article says that employee should review the terms of their retiree health plans in light of the proposed ADEA exemption. In particular this review should identify any provisions which alter, reduce or eliminate benefits on account of an age other than Medicare eligibility. Changing retiree health programs also needs to be reviewed in light in light of plan language permitting changes and case law.
