Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork (MANET) is a network which is capable of autonomous operations which operates without base stations and without centralized administration. Node cooperate to provide services. In the mobile ad hoc network every node is router as well as host. They support dynamic topology and have limited energy and computed resources. Ad hoc routing protocols like as Dynamic Source Routing (DSR), Distance Sequence Demand Vector (DSDV), and Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing which solve the multi hop routing problem in ad hoc network.
