Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) are advanced applications which, without embodying intelligence as such, aim to provide innovative services relating to different modes of transport and traffic management and enable various users to be better informed and make safer, more coordinated, and 'Smarter' use of transport networks. Today ITS (Intelligent Transport System) has the main focus in research of Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork (MANET) Communications. A Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork (MANET) is a self-configuring network of mobile devices called mobile nodes. Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork (VANET) is a prime concept of MANET where security, privacy and reliability are major issues. To support message differentiation in VANET, IEEE 802.11p standard is incorporated in vehicular communication.
