Secrets Of A Successful Job Search

There are no real secrets to a job search. Whether you are looking for your first job or your next career step, it must be something you want. And to get it, you must be willing to invest substantial time and effort. One thing that recruiters and employers look for in cover letter, resumes and interviews is genuine interest in the job, the company and/or the industry. They would rather give the job to someone who is truly interested in it - in other words, the person who truly wants it. That person will, in all likelihood, work harder and be a more conscientious employee than someone who is looking for just any job with a paycheck.
