Secure Gateway Universal Port Extensible Architecture: Secure and Redundant
Most organizations fear opening up their networks to the public Internet, and rightly so. Much can be lost or compromised in the process. But there is a way to help make that connection secure and reliable with Verizon's Secure Gateway Extensible Architecture (SGEA). The author demonstrates this by giving you a glimpse of its features and protocols. The Secure Gateway Universal Port Extensible Architecture (SGEA) is not a product itself, but an architecture that supports a suite of Secure Gateway products. A Universal Port refers to the fact that a customer can purchase a single connection from their private network into the secure gateway, and this port can universally support all three of the available services.
