Mobile Ad hoc NETworks (MANETs) form a class of dynamic multi-hop networks consisting of a set of mobile nodes that intercommunicate on shared wireless channels. A MANET node can move freely within network communication range and server as a router and host which can forward data packets to other hosts according to configured routing protocol. MANETs are self-organizing and self-configuring multi-hop wireless networks, where the network structure changes dynamically due to the node mobility. There exists no fixed topology due to the mobility of nodes, interference, multipath propagation and path loss.
