A mobile agent is a self-contained software element responsible for executing a programmatic process, which is capable of autonomously migrating through a network. Mobile banking systems are applications that allow users to complete banking transactions on a mobile device. Mobile banking represents a more cost efficient channel for the banks, allowing them to charge less for transactions, and permitting the consumer to have immediate access to information related to their bank accounts. The major issues in mobile banking system are security and authentication. The challenge is to ensure maximum mobility in mobile phone banking while at the same time providing security for users in a way that will be acceptable to both consumers and banks.
