Security Info-Law Against Cybercrime

This paper is to study and analysis of cybercrime in order to contribute to the fight against it, by the hybrid idea LEGAL-INFO. Cybercrime is the term used for all criminal offenses that are committed via computer networks, including on the Internet. The fight against cybercrime is sometimes encounters barriers because of the extensive nature of computer networks, the speed with which crimes are committed and difficulty in gathering evidence. The fact that electronic services are available worldwide means that the cybercrime has a transnational dimension. Some popular email services are used by million people worldwide, which gives an idea of the possible magnitude of transnational cybercrime.
