According to NSIT cloud computing is defined as \"A model for enabling ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction.\" In this paper, the authors discussed the driving forces that are posing hindrance in acceptance of cloud computing as the technology. They laid stress on security as a major factor of concern for the growth of cloud as a technology. They tried to provide a way to manage the issues of security and data management in a cloud efficiently and effectively so as to build a secure cloud system.
