In this paper, the authors consider processes that run over data stored in a relational database. Their setting is that of Ontology-Based Data Access (OBDA), where the information in the database is conceptually represented as ontology and is declaratively mapped to it through queries. They are interested in verifying temporal logic formulas on the evolution of the information at the conceptual level, taking into account the knowledge present in the ontology, which allows for deducing information that is only implicitly available.
