FPGAs are widely adopted in spacecraft and the radiation effect on SRAM-FPGA makes the Single Event Upset (SEU) mitigation techniques for SRAM-FPGA is becoming increasingly important. And the statistics suggested that routing resources account for most of the total resources of SRAM-FPGA. Switch open error; switch short error or bridging error that can be caused by an SEU in the routing resources of SRAM-FPGA. This paper proposes a SEU-mitigation method based on the VPR tool by modifying the placement and routing algorithms of VPR.
