In this paper, a dual frequency resonance antenna is designed by introducing rotated T and F shaped slots on the square patch. The designed antenna is applicable for GPS and WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) application and operational frequencies are 1.575 and 2.4GHz with 25 and 60MHz bandwidth. Opposite corners of the square patch are truncated in order to make the antenna circularly polarized. The axial ratio is measured less than 3dB at the resonance frequencies, demonstrating a circularly polarized operation and makes it applicable for wireless communication.
