Smart Antennas-A Vision for the Future

Wireless Networking is not a new word nowadays. But, the authors all had the problem of going into a crowded Starbucks and facing difficulties of connections breakouts with substandard Wi-Fi signals because of too many access points and lots of end users. The main issue of concern is that if Wi-Fi antennas could detect a number of devices were in a room and could send data out to them more rapidly on a one-by-one basis. This paper is basically concerned with improving Wi-Fi performance and a special attention is diverted towards setting up a Smart Antenna lab which would be a blessing for various small wireless companies to improve their network performance.
