Social capitals are generated from social networks. These networks are coggling just by allowing users to register without any distance downward verification. Even though some sites undergo verification process, it is only just by using their email and mobile number they submit at that instance. This allow users to have more than one registration and all these registrations may not contain the same data. The best feasible solution is the Centralized database, which may not be feasible for heterogeneous databases. These issues are discussed in the authors' previous paper and they suggested a method URGA (User Registration Gateway Algorithm). In this paper, they analyzed the scenario by conducting online survey, Baye's rule of conditional probability to find genuinety of the user.
