Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) one of major models of cloud which may be offered in a public, private or hybrid network. If the authors look at the impact SaaS has on numerous business applications as well as in their day-to-day life, they can easily say that this disruptive technology is here to stay. Cloud computing can be seen as Internet-based computing, in which software, shared resources, and information are made available to devices on demand.
