Software Behavior Analysis at Runtime in Open Network Environment

Most of existing software behavior analysis technologies assume that running environment is static and close, which is difficult to implement behavior modeling at runtime and can't effectively analyze software behaviors in open network environment. The interactive behaviors of loosely-coupled software entities behave of emerging, dynamic, accidental, correlative and repeating properties, the paper tries to extract the users' into definable and relatively stable mapping relationship (namely behavior analysis model) between behavior process and corresponding effects. Software behaviors are investigated in concrete context, Multi-Entity Bayesian Network (MEBN) is adopted to represent and analyze complicated software behaviors according to historical experiential knowledge and currently practical evidences.
