Software Defined Radio with Ethernet Interface

Initialization of transmitter parameters can be done locally by setting values on the transmitter itself or remotely using a PC. A radio transmitter design has to meet certain requirements. These include the frequency of operation, the type of modulation, the stability and purity of the resulting signal, the efficiency of power use and the power levels required to meet the system design objectives. Local control of a transmitter is not sufficient in defense and other security purpose. This paper is to develop a suitable GUI (Graphical User Interface) using lab view and create an Ethernet IEEE 802.11 interface to communicate with the transmitter in the client end.
