In this paper, the authors have decided to cover the most important trends and challenges from software engineering and cryptography fields by presenting some important results achieved already (as state-of-the-art). They will propose some new paper directions, which are absolutely necessary to be covered and focused on if they want to move to cloud computing environment and using big data. Due to these research directions, they have figure out that if they don’t have a multi-disciplinary research activity based on these two directions, the actual technologies, such as cloud computing and big data, will be in deep bucket and they will become useless.
