Software size is a key factor in supervision, calculating and improving the software development processes. Software quality is one of the most important factors for assessing the total ready for action position of any software company. Thus the quantification of quality parameters and integrating the users' into quality models is very essential. Software quality criteria are not very easily measured and quantified. This paper proposes a method for software usability quantification using the fuzzy multiple criteria weighted average approach. This approach has been chosen due to the highly random nature of the attributes on which usability depends.
