Study of Transmission Characteristics of 2x2 MIMO System for Different Digital Modulation Using OFDM and STBC Multiplexing Techniques and ZF Equalizer Receiver
A detailed analysis of the performance of 2?2 Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna system has been carried out by determining the transmit diversity using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) techniques. The transmission characteristics are determined for BPSK, QPSK and 16-QAM modulation. Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) has been used presuming flat fading Rayleigh channel. On the receiver side, linear equalization techniques such as Zero Forcing (ZF) were employed for computing the BER performance.
