Wireless communication technologies have changed their lives completely from ground up., indoor wireless LANs (Local Area Networks) to cellular mobile networks such technologies have profited millions users around the world. A vehicular ad hoc network has moving vehicles such as cars as mobile nodes utilizing in a MANET (Mobile Ad hoc NETwork) to create a mobile network. A VANET (Vehicular Ad hoc NETwork) makes every participating node into a wireless router or node making vehicles approximately to connect and, in turn create a network with a very wide range. As most vehicles fall out of the signal range & usually drop out of the network other many more vehicles can join in the network; connecting nodes to one another this is done as a mobile Intranet is created. The first systems that will integrate this technology are police and fire vehicles to communicate with each other for safety purposes.
