In this paper, the authors have studied experimentally the case of chaotic synchronization of two identical nonlinear electronic circuits. This is a very interesting research area because of its applications to the field of secure communications. The circuit, they have used is a second order, Duffing-type, non-linear electronic circuit driven by a sinusoidal voltage source. The non-linear element has a cubic I-V characteristic. They have studied the dynamic behavior of the system in the case of the bi-directional coupling via a linear resistor.
